Review - Maybelline Angelfit Blush in Velvet Apricot

Buenos dias, amigos! This is my very first makeup product review, so, if you do mind it, please forgive me, hehehe. :P

Before I start, I just want to tell you that all products that mentioned in this post are bought by my self. I'm not payed by the company and all are my honest opinions. :D

Okay. As you can see, the title is "Review - Maybelline Angelfit Blush in Velvet Apricot", so I will talk about Maybelline Angelfit Blush in shade Velvet Apricot. Here is the pictures that taken by my self (I'm sorry for the quality, I'm using my old phone because my BlackBerry can't send pictures to my computer. :P) :

Maybelline Angelfit Blush has 4 shades, they are: Peachy Sweetie, Strawberry, Velvet Apricot, and Creamy Cinnamon. And mine is Velvet Apricot. Why I choose this color? Because I want a blush that can give me natural look when I use it. I think orange color will give a really natural look. I already have a pink blush, but it doesn't natural enough for daily look, so this blush is suitable if you want to use it for everyday makeup. :D

From the packaging, this blush has a really cute packaging. It's pink in the bottom, and clear glass at the top, so you can see whether the products are broken or not when you first want to buy it. ;)

When first I bought it, I don't realize that it has little shimmery result. So, it makes my face look bright and glowing. And also, the color fits like what I want, little bit orange, but still natural for me. I'm really happy! :D

Well, with only Rp. 65.000,- you can get a blushing, glowing cheeks! Repurchased?? Yes, of course!! :D

First Post In 2012

Holla, Amigos! Cómo está? It means "how are you?", hehehe. Long time no see, do you all missed me? :P

I came back here with a new post titled "First Post In 2012". Okay, I know it's a little bit late, but better late than never ever try, right? So, how is your "New Year Revolutions" after several weeks in 2012? Are there any changes? I hope your life is going better from day to day. :D

Now, back to the bussiness. This very first post in 2012 will talk about me. Not makeup, products review, foods review, or any of that. Hohoho. And the word that describe me now is I'm sick. That's horrible! I'm feeling weak, I can't hang out with my friends, I can't eat ice cream, and the worst thing is I'm sick in holiday time! I hate being sick. :(

I had a cough. The cough are horrible! It disturb me in the night when I'm about going to bed, and in the morning when I get up. Before this damn cough, I also had a flu. And the worst thing was, I got it when I'm in my last exam! Can you imagine if you are sneezing during exam??? That's really R-E-A-L-L-Y annoying! But I already take medicines, so let's see whether I'm going better.

Being sick doesn't mean you can't be beautiful. Although your nose became red, your skin were pale, or your voice heard like a frog, you still can be beautiful. So, here is a video tutorial from bubzbeauty for you who were sick right now and still wants to look awesome. Check this out! :D

I'm looking at my blackberry now, and it's 22.21. So, one hour and thirty nine minutes again and we will meet 2012! Yaiy! :D

It's my last post in 2011. Whoa, so many times I spent in front of my computer and I can't believe I will reach the point when I can say in this blog: Good bye 2011, and welcome 2012! :D

So many events happened in my life during 2011. Broke up with my boyfriend, had great time with my families and friends, etc. Cry, laugh, smile, angry, sad, I experienced it. So, 2011 was a great year for me.

I hope 2012 will bring more joys for me. There are so many goals that I want to reach in 2012. May God gives me strength so I can get EVERYTHING that I want in 2012. :D

Perfect Lipstick for Your Perfect Lips

Hello girls! This time I would like to write about a stuff that women can't live without it. Yes, lipstick! This small thing can make our lips shine, if we choose the right shade, or faint, if the shade doesn't match with our skin tone. So, what you waiting for? Check this out! :D

Women can't be separated from lipstick. You can see in every women's bag this kind of stuff. Different women loves different colour or shade of lipstick. But, does it match to their skin tone? Alright, before you read about the perfect lipstick colour for your skin tone, better check the different types of lipstick first. :D

There so many different types of lipstick. There are:

- Matte Lipsticks: These lipsticks usually contain kaolin as a primary ingredient for staying power and give lipsticks a no shine, no grease texture. These lipsticks tend to be drying, but if you're looking for staying power, matte is a good option.

- Long-wearing Lipsticks: These are the lipsticks that claim to stay all day through the kisses and everyday wear. If you've used one of these you know that's not the case. Don't waste your money. See below for tips on making lipstick last.

- Sheer/Stain Lipsticks: The pigmentation of sheers and stains is not very high. They tend to be more moisturizing then other types of lipsticks.They also tend to wear easy but leave a nice hint of color.

- Moisturizing Lipsticks: These contain lots of conditioning ingredients such as shea butter. These lipsticks tend to wear off easy due to the moisturizing ingredients in them but if you have dry lips, then go for these.

Alright. Now you know the differences between each type of lipstick, right? :D And now I would show you any kind of basic lipstick tone. There are:

- Red/pink: Makes the color seem warmer, but harder and deeper as well. Can also bring out all the red tones in your skin as well so be careful!

- Yellow/orange: Makes the color warmer, and softer. Looks great on warm skin tones, but if you’re really pale, can bring out the green/blue undertones in your skin. To be on the safe side, go towards the yellow side, rather than the orange. Too much orange can make skin look gray and sluggish.

- Green/blue: A way to make a lipstick more dramatic..deeper. Try to stay clear of these if possible, they can make you look like you’re STILL standing under fluorescent lighting.

- Silver/grey: Adds shimmer, softness, depth, easy to spot in those light shimmer lipsticks that are so popular now. Adds light and softness to the lipstick, just make sure that it’s not too much on the blue/grey side. Can make those under eye circles stand out.

- Green: Huh? Green? Yep, sometimes. The trendy colors have them, and it’s usually paired with a yellow tone as well. You’ll look cool and hip, but you’ll also feel as if you need more color on your face. (Hint: that’s why the big blush trend is also prevalent – just check out the lip color!)

Now, matching the shade of lipstick for your skin tone. :D When choosing the correct shade of lipstick you must look at your complexion:

- If you have fair skin deep, plum reds, berry, wine reds with a blue undertone look best. Browns -light medium browns or beige's with pink undertones flatter fair skins. Pink undertone lipsticks compliment fair skin very nicely. However, stay away from those bright, loud pink lipsticks.

- Olive/Yellow skin should choose rich, deep brown reds and deep, dark berry shades. Stay away from orange/reds and pink/reds, they can bring out the yellow undertones in your skin. Try to avoid pink lipstick at all costs.

- Medium skin should use rich, deep pinks, deep reds, rich caramel shades, medium brown with yellow or pink undertones, and creamy coffee colored brown lipsticks. Stay away from browns that are very pale. They can make medium skins look ashy and washed out.

- Dark skin should try reds with blue undertones. Also, mahogany, deep plums, wine reds, almost any shade of brown, rich, dark, coffee browns flatter the skin. Avoid orange undertones in lipsticks

To avoid mis-matching the shade of lipstick with your skin tone and to have a perfect lips you can follow these steps:

- Choose a color that complements the natural shade of your lips and skin. Plums, wines and deep reds flatter a dark skin tone, while light-brown beiges with pink or orange undertones complement a lighter skin tone. Olive skin looks good with brownish reds, light browns and raisin shades of lipstick.

- Keep colors lighter for daytime and darker for night. Matte and cream finishes offer a subtler daytime look, while a high-gloss finish adds glamour for evening. A sheer, natural-looking color with a little shine also works well for day.

- Experiment. Head to your local department store and ask a makeup artist to test different shades on your lips. Whenever possible, check in natural light to see how the color really looks with your complexion.

- Create your own shade by combining colors. If the shades you find don't completely satisfy you, mix your own color. The easiest way to do this is by applying each color to your lips with a lip brush, then blending with the brush on your lips.

- Opt for a lip liner that is a shade darker than your lipstick and in the same color family.

- Line lips after applying lipstick, not before. That way you won't end up with a dark circle of lip liner after your lipstick has worn off.

Heeiiiyyaa girls! As my promise, I'm back to write something for all of you! Are you ready to read this post?? I bet you'll like it! So, on your mark... Get set.. Go!!! :D

At this time, I'm gonna write something familiar for all of girls in the world: MAKEUP. Let me ask you some questions. How many makeup do you have? How long the time you take every morning to wear makeup? Did your boyfriend complain on how long the time you take to wear makeup?? :D

Most girls say they don't like to go out without makeup. Why's that? It because makeup can make us prettier. Makeup can cover our shortages on the face. Makeup is girls' shield. Am I right?? :D

Every girls want to look pretty. And the easiest way to be pretty is wearing makeup. There are different types of makeup. They are foundation, concealer, powder, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, lip balm, lip gloss, blush on, etc. With wearing makeup you will be pretty. But be careful! The wrong usage of makeup can make your face looks older or even pale. :D

That's why girls love wearing makeup. Can you see the differences??

So, it needs to wear makeup, but the important thing is beauty from the inside. If you have a pure soul, beauty itself will shine from within. :D

Food at Harry Potter's World

Sometimes, when we read Harry Potter, we read about food that Harry, Ron, or Hermione eat. We imagine, how ridiculous foods they eat. They eat food that can bite back, or make a hole in the tongue. Sometimes, when we read it, we feel like to try it too. To treat your curiosity, I'm going to write about Food at Harry's World. Enjoy it like you enjoy those food! :D

1. Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans

Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans are one of the most popular sweets in the wizarding world. They are the same as Muggle jelly beans, except the range encompasses every flavour imaginable. There is also no way of telling for sure what flavour any given bean is without tasting it, although you can try and guess by the colour. The inventor of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans was Bertie Bott, who created them in mid-20th century by mistake. He was planning on making tasty sweets from food, but accidentally made one taste like a dirty sock. He immediately recognised the sales potential of "a risk with every mouthful!"

There are ordinary flavours like chocolate, peppermint, and marmalade, but also less fanciable ones like spinach, liver, and tripe. There are also flavours that are not actual foods, like grass, farm dirt, vomit, earwax, paper and bogeys.

In 1992, while Harry is in the hospital wing, he offered one to Professor Dumbledore. Dumbledore told him that he had been unfortunate enough to have come across a vomit flavour one in the past and since that occasion he had not cared for them. In spite of this, he decided to give them another chance and carefully selected a golden brown-coloured one that he assumed would be toffee-flavoured, but alas it was an earwax-flavoured bean.

They are a popular treat at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and can be bought off the lunch trolley on the Hogwarts Express and in Honeydukes and are usually sent as a gift to someone ill in the hospital wing. They come in bags or small, striped boxes.

2. Chocolate Frog

Chocolate Frogs are a popular confection that are sold through all the Wizarding world. They are packaged with collectible cards portraying famous wizards and witches. Many of the pupils at Hogwarts collect and swap these cards. The frogs are made of seventy percent Croakoa. Presumably, this substance is what allows them to act like an actual frog.

When Harry Potter was in the Hogwarts infirmary after his skirmish with Professor Quirrell and Voldemort in 1992, he received many treats from his admirers. Whilst Harry was unconscious, someone consumed all of the chocolate frogs. During his bedside visit, Dumbledore posited that Ron Weasley had done it, so Harry could have the cards without going to the trouble of eating the frogs.

Hermione gave Harry a large box of Chocolate Frogs for Christmas his first year. Hagrid gave Harry Chocolate Frogs for Christmas in his fourth year. Ron got Chocolate Frogs for Christmas in his fifth year and in the Hospital Wing after he was injured in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries .

The Chocolate Frog collectible cards played an important role in Harry,Ron, and Hermione's first year at Hogwarts, as Dumbledore's card enabled them to ascertain the identity of Nicolas Flamel.

Some notable cards are: Albus Dumbledore, Morgan le Fay, Ptolemy, Circe, Paracelsus, Merlin, Cliodne, Hengist of Woodcroft, Alberic Grunnion, and Agrippa.

Later on, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger were placed on Chocolate Frog cards for their efforts in defeating Lord Voldemort. Both Ron Weasley and Albus Dumbledore considered being put on Chocolate Frog cards as their proudest moment.

3. Drooble's Best Blowing Gum

Drooble's Best Blowing Gum is sold at Honeydukes in Hogsmeade and on the food trolley for two Sickles. It is also sold at Sugarplum's Sweets Shop in Diagon Alley for four sickles. It is a brand of chewing gum that allows the consumer to blow bluebell-coloured bubbles, which will not pop for days. It was described as "never to lose its flavor".

4. Pumpkin Pasties

Harry Potter tried them for the first time on the Hogwarts Express, at the start of his first year. He bought some of everything off the food trolley, and then shared his food with Ron Weasley. In 1994, Cho Chang ordered two from the food trolley.

5. Liquorice Wand

A Liquorice Wand is a magical sweet that is presumably shaped like a wand. They are sold on the on the Hogwarts Express food trolley and at Honeydukes in Hogsmeade.

6. Cauldron Cake

Cauldron Cakes are a popular cake variant manufactured by Qizilbash Quality Confectionary. It is a cauldron-shaped confection with chocolate on the outside and a golden or violet filling. They can be bought on the Hogwarts Express food trolley or at Honeydukes Sweetshop in Hogsmeade. Some witches and wizards, like Bathilda Bagshot, make their own homemade batches of Cauldron Cakes.

7. Jelly Slug

Jelly Slugs are a treat found at Honeydukes Sweetshop. They are gummy candies that look like slugs. Obviously they are a very popular sweet because Harry overheard one of the staff saying that they were out and needed to get some more. Jelly Slugs are also sold at the Hogwarts Express food trolley.

8. Pumpkin Juice

Pumpkin juice is a cold drink favoured by the wizarding world, and among the students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is extremely popular and is very common. It is drunk at any occasion, such as breakfast, lunch, at feasts or on other occasions. It seems to have taken on the same role that orange juice has in the Muggle world.

Pumpkin juice is readily available, and can be purchased on the Hogwarts Express. Severus Snape threatened Harry in his fourth year that he might slip Veritaserum in his morning pumpkin juice while believing that Harry stole his potion ingredients. Dolores Umbridge offered Harry Potter pumpkin juice in 1996 when she wanted to secretly administer Veritaserum to him, but he chose tea instead. Prior to a Quidditch match in his sixth year, Ron Weasley believed that Harry had slipped Felix Felicis into his morning juice to help him play perfectly.

9. Butterbeer

Butterbeer is a popular wizarding beverage described as tasting "a little bit like less-sickly butterscotch."

It has a very slight alcohol content, which could get house-elves fully drunk, but seemed to have a less pronounced effect on humans. In 1996, Harry Potter wondered what Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger might do at Professor Horace Slughorn's Christmas Party "under the influence of Butterbeer", indicating that it could lower inhibitions. Winky, a house-elf, took to getting drunk on Butterbeer after losing her job with the Crouch family — an addiction from which she never fully recovered.

Butterbeer is served cold in bottles and hot in "foaming tankards". In Hogsmeade, it's sold at the The Three Broomsticks and The Hog's Head, although the fact that the latter pub's stock was described as "very dusty" suggests that it was not sold there very often. In Diagon Alley, the drink is sold at the Leaky Cauldron.

At the Hog's Head, customers are charged two sickles per Butterbeer, but it is not certain whether this is a universal price for the drink, or if the price of the drink varies from location to location.

10. Firewhiskey

Firewhiskey is an alcoholic drink that is consumed by wizards and witches. Those under the age of seventeen are not allowed to buy it, implying that they may not be allowed to drink it. This rule is not always followed. Popular brands include Ogden's Old Firewhiskey and Blishen's Firewhisky. It is known to cause a burning sensation when drank, and for filling one's body with courage.

Ron Weasley commented that he could most likely purchase Firewhiskey at the Hog's Head during the Dumbledore's Army meeting. Hermione was angered at that, furiously reminding him of his prefect status. He instead had Butterbeer.

Harold Dingle offers to sell firewhiskey to Seamus Finnigan and Dean Thomas for their "dusk-till-dawn end-of-exams celebration."

Romilda Vane gave Harry Potter a box of Chocolate Cauldrons, claiming that they had Firewhiskey in them, though they were really laced with a powerful Love Potion.

After reaching The Burrow after departing Number 4, Privet Drive, Harry Potter drank a toast to Alastor Moody's memory with Firewhiskey, served by Bill Weasley, a few days before Harry's seventeenth birthday.

Houses of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Yes, I know, another post about Harry Potter. I just want to make Harry Potter fans happy by posting something about Harry Potter. And now, I'm gonna tell about Houses in Hogwarts. Okay, let's check it out! :D

Hogwarts is divided into four houses, each bearing the last name of its founder: Godric Gryffindor, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw and Helga Hufflepuff. The houses compete throughout the school year, by earning and losing points for various events, for the House Cup (correctly answering a question in class, for example, may earn five or ten points; lateness to class may cost ten points). Each house also has its own Quidditch team that competes for the Quidditch Cup. These two competitions breed rivalries between the houses. Houses at Hogwarts are living and learning communities for their students. Each house is under the authority of one of the Hogwart staff members. The Heads of the houses, as they are called, are in charge of giving their students important information, dealing with matters of severe punishment, and responding to emergencies in their houses, among other things. Each year, year level groups of every separate house share the same dormitory and classes. The dormitory and common room of a House are, barring rare exceptions, inaccessible to students belonging to other Houses.

In the early day of Hogwarts, the four founders hand-picked students for their Houses. When the founders worried how students would be selected after their deaths, Godric Gryffindor took his hat off and they each added knowledge to it, allowing the Sorting Hat to choose the students by judging each student's qualities and placing them in the most appropriate house. The student's own choices may affect the decision: the clearest example is the Hat telling Harry that he would do well in Slytherin in the first book, but ultimately selecting Gryffindor after Harry asks it not to put him in Slytherin.

Alright, enough for the History of Hogwarts Houses. Now it's the time for me to explain about all houses in Hogwarts. Here they are :

1. Gryffindor

Gryffindor is one of the four Houses of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, founded by Godric Gryffindor. Its emblematic animal is the lion, and its colours are scarlet and gold. Minerva McGonagall is the most recent Head of House. Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington, also known as "Nearly Headless Nick" is the house ghost. The particular characteristics of students Sorted into Gryffindor are courage and chivalry.

Gryffindor corresponds roughly to the element of fire, which may partly be the reason for its colours.

The Gryffindor Common Room is located in one of the castle's towers (Gryffindor Tower), the entrance to which is located on the seventh floor and is guarded by an oil painting of the Fat Lady, who is garbed in a pink silk dress. She permits entry only after being given the correct (regularly changing) password. Behind her is a large common room, with a fireplace, and two staircases leading up to the boys' and girls' dormitories. It is very comfortable and members of the Gryffindor house meet there for study groups, celebrations, or relaxation.

The Gryffindor Quidditch team is the house Quidditch team of the Hogwarts house Gryffindor. It has won the house Cup at least four times, and has been captained by James Potter, Oliver Wood, Angelina Johnson, and Harry Potter. Interestingly, a member of the Weasley family has held every one of the positions on the team. Ginny was a Chaser and a substitute Seeker, Charlie was a Seeker, Fred and George Weasley were Beaters, and Ron was the Keeper.

The Gryffindor Quidditch team's uniforms are red and gold like their house colours. For Beaters, they also carry small black clubs (similar to baseball bats) to help them ward off Bludgers during matches. The Keeper wears gloves.

Generally, only protective arm-length gloves and knee-pads are used. In stormy conditions, some players wear goggles. However, the Keeper may wear shoulder-pads, chest armour and a helmet.

2. Slytherin

Slytherin is one of the four Houses at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is traditionally home to students who exhibit such traits as cunning and ambition. Its emblematic animal is the snake and its colours are green and silver. Founded by Salazar Slytherin, the house is composed mostly of pure-blood students, due to its founder's mistrust of Muggle-born witches and wizards. Slytherin house has a negative reputation, with many claiming that it is the source of most Dark Wizards in Britain, notably Tom Marvolo Riddle, a.k.a. Lord Voldemort, as well as many of his Death Eaters. It has a traditional rivalry with Gryffindor.

Slytherin corresponds roughly with the element of water.

Slytherins tend to be ambitious, shrewd, cunning, strong leaders, and achievement-oriented. They also have highly developed senses of self-preservation. This means that Slytherins tend to hesitate before acting, so as to weigh all possible exactly should be done.

According to Albus Dumbledore, the qualities which Salazar valued in the students he chose included cleverness, resourcefulness, determination, and "a certain disregard for the rules." Dumbledore noted that all of these were qualities possessed by Harry Potter, who was in Gryffindor.

The Sorting Hat claims that blood purity is a factor in selecting Slytherins. This suggests that it bases its decisions more upon the views of its members than on any accurate test of a student's lineage. Muggle-born Slytherins exist, but are very rare, as noted insultingly by Scabior the Snatcher. There have also been definite examples of half-boods sorted into the house, including Tom Marvolo Riddle and Severus Snape. Harry Potter was nearly sorted into Slytherin, but ended up in Gryffindor instead. Also there have been pure-bloods sorted into other houses, examples include the Weasley family, Sirius Black, Neville Longbottom, and James Potter I who were all sorted into Gryffindor house, Ernie Macmillan was put into Hufflepuff, whreas Morag McDougal and Stephen Cornfoot were sorted into Ravenclaw.

Contrary to the wishes of the other founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Salazar Slytherin wanted a stricter policy of admission to the school —one limited strictly to pure-blood students. The controversy this created apparently led to Salazar leaving the school and the Chamber of Secrets behind. A millennium later, the house's students are still considered affiliated with Salazar's reputed views, and open expression of pro-blood purity sentiment does seem to be more common in Slytherin than in other Houses.

This disagreement over blood purity, which caused Salazar Slytherin's friendship with Godric Gryffindor to break, is the origin of the feud between Slytherin and Gryffindor, the two most competitive of the houses. Slytherin and Gryffindor are generally rivals in Quidditch and for the House Cup, which the former had won six years in a row prior to Harry Potter's arrival at Hogwarts in 1991. It is also rare for Slytherin and Gryffindor students to be friendly with one another, and common for them to share animosity. This was particularly the case during the First and Second Wizarding Wars; during the latter conflict, no Slytherin students joined Dumbledore's Army, which had Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff members, and some Slytherins declined to defend their school in the Battle of Hogwarts, with some joining the Death Eaters. However, there are exceptions, such as Slytherin Severus Snape and Gryffindor Lily Evans, who were best friends until Snape's use of the slur "Mudblood" and his aspirations to be a Death Eater caused Lily to sever their ties.

The Slytherin common room is found in the dungeons of Hogwarts Castle, and is located underneath the Hogwarts Lake. Because of its location, the light in the common room is green. Harry Potter entered the common room in his second year to find out if Draco Malfoy was the one opening the Chamber of Secrets.

Slytherin's head of house for Harry's first six years of school was Severus Snape; however, as he fled with the Death Eaters in 1997, Potions master Horace Slughorn became the head of Slytherin House. Upon Snape's return as Headmaster later that year, he apparently approved of Slughorn's appointment, or at least did not assign any Death Eaters as a new head of house.

The Slytherin Quidditch team is the Quidditch team for the Hogwarts Slytherin house. Each year, they compete for the Quidditch Cup, an award presented to the Hogwarts House team that earns the most points. The Slytherin team, in particular, are known for being very rough and causing the most fouls of all the other Hogwarts teams.

Most members, representative of the Slytherin house, are cunning and vicious. The Slytherin team's cheers are usually very insulting, like that of Weasley is Our King. The team is known to cheat on occasion; its reputation is much dirtier than the blood of the players.

The Slytherin Quidditch team's uniforms are green and silver, representing their house colours. The uniform was described as robes in the books, however, in the recent movies, players were shown wearing separate garments instead. For Beaters, they also carry small black clubs (similar to baseball bats) to help them ward off Bludgers during matches. The Keeper wears gloves.

3. Hufflepuff

Hufflepuff is one of the four Houses of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Its founder was the medieval witch Helga Hufflepuff. The Head of Hufflepuff is Pomona Sprout. The Fat Friar is the House's patron ghost. Hufflepuff is the most inclusive among the four houses, valuing hard work, patience, friendship and fair play rather than a particular aptitude in its members. Its emblematic animal is the badger, and yellow and black are its colours.

Hufflepuff corresponds roughly to the element of earth.

Students belonging to this house are known to be hard-working, friendly, loyal, and non-judgemental. It may be that due to their values, Hufflepuffs are not as competitive as the other houses, or are more modest about their accomplishments. Hufflepuff appears to have the least rivalry with the other houses, except in Quidditch, although the Triwizard Tournament did temporarily put a great deal of strain on the relationship between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, due to unusual circumstances of the selection of both Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory as Champions.

According to Minerva McGonagall, all four of the houses have produced exceptional witches and wizards in their time, but due to Helga Hufflepuff's policy of accepting any student and its usually poor performance in the House Cup, Hufflepuff is often thought of as the place where students are sorted when they don't have any of the qualities of the other three houses, which have more defined attributes. Perhaps as a consequence of the broad principles of acceptance upon which it is founded, Hufflepuff has been stereotyped as the house of the unexceptional (or, more unkindly, as "a lot o' duffers").

However, this does not mean that there are no talented students in Hufflepuff, or that there aren't students in other houses who perform poorly. Neville Longbottom was sorted into Gryffindor and is unremarkable in all subjects except, ironically, Herbology, which is Professor Sprout's class. Additionally, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle appeared to have been particularly poor performers in all subjects despite being Slytherins.

So, though the House is said to have forgone glory for centuries, it is not without its share of exceptional individuals. For example, Hufflepuff Cedric Diggory brought his house rare glory as its Quidditch captain and later as Hogwarts' Champion in the Triwizard Tournament in 1994. Also, Nymphadora Tonks was an exceptionally talented Auror who was sorted into Hufflepuff.

Hufflepuff firmly demonstrated its loyalty during the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998, when they were second only to Harry Potter's own house of Gryffindor in the number of students willing to stay and fight against Voldemort and his forces in the defence of their school.

The Hufflepuff Dormitories and Common room are accessed through a painting near the kitchens. It is a quite cosy and welcoming place; not at all like a dungeon. The room is filled with yellow hangings and fat armchairs, with little underground tunnels that lead up to the dormitories, which have round barrel-top like doors.

The Hufflepuff Quidditch Team is the Quidditch team of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry's Hufflepuff House. They play in robes of canary yellow, their House colour. Two notable Hufflepuff Quidditch team members were Cedric Diggory (Seeker and Captain) and Zacharias Smith (Chaser and Captain). The Mascot of Hufflepuff House and its Quidditch team is the Badger.

The Hufflepuff Quidditch team's uniforms are canary yellow and black, the same as their house colours. Similar to the uniforms of the three other houses, the Hufflepuff's Quidditch uniform consists of a long robe, tight fitting sweater, leather gauntlets and shin-guards, and light boots. A small embroidered Hufflepuff crest is stitched onto the uniform over the heart, and the name and number of the player are on the back of the robe in black lettering.

Goggles are often used in stormy playing conditions. In addition to the established uniform, the Keeper wears padded leather chest armour and an optional padded leather helmet. Beaters also carry small black clubs (similar to baseball bats) to help them ward off and redirect Bludgers during matches.

4. Ravenclaw

Ravenclaw is one of the four Houses of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, founded by Rowena Ravenclaw. Members of this house are characterised by their wit, intelligence, creativity, and wisdom. Its house colours are blue and bronze, and its symbol is the eagle. The house ghost, who in life was the daughter of the house's founder Rowena Ravenclaw, is the Grey Lady. Many great wizards and witches have come from this house, including Filius Flitwick and Luna Lovegood.

Ravenclaw roughly corresponds with the element of air.

The Ravenclaw common room is in one of the castle's towers and is wide and circular. You have to climb a tight spiral staircase to get there. It has graceful arched windows, and the walls are hung with blue and bronze silks. The domed ceiling is painted with stars, which are echoed in the midnight-blue carpet. Tables, chairs, and bookcases cover the expanse of the floor, and a white-marble statue of Rowena Ravenclaw sits next to the door that leads to the dormitories above. Harry Potter entered the common room in 1998 while searching for clues to the location of one of Voldemort's Horcruxes.

Unlike the other common rooms in the school, a logical riddle given by a bronze eagle-shaped knocker must be answered to enter. This could prove troublesome as anyone with enough intellect could intrude into the dormitory, as is shown in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows where Professor McGonagall had no trouble entering by answering the riddle correctly. However, Hermione stated in her first year that most wizards and witches do not have much sense of logic, which might be something that Ravenclaw noticed herself and decided to use riddles instead of passwords.

Ravenclaw House prizes intelligence, creativity, resourcefulness, cleverness, knowledge, and wit in its members. Thus, many Ravenclaws tend to be academically motivated and talented students. Hermione Granger, an extremely intelligent witch and the top student in her year, was sorted into Gryffindor, though she admitted that the Sorting Hat had seriously considered placing her in Ravenclaw.

Ravenclaw House appears to have little rivalry with the other houses, except in Quidditch (in which case it is most fiercely competitive with Hufflepuff. Harry Potter believed that they tended to side with Gryffindor in its rivalry with Slytherin, as did Hufflepuff house. However, during the 1994 Triwizard Tournament, Ravenclaws supported Hufflepuff Champion Cedric Diggory over Harry. This may indicate that Ravenclaw tends to have a closer relationship with Hufflepuff house or simply be a result of the widespread belief that Harry had cheated in order to get his name in the Goblet of Fire. Notably, many Ravenclaws joined Dumbledore's Army and fought in the Battle of Hogwarts along with Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs.

Whoa, Harry Potter are all ends, people! Sad, of course, but life must go on. But, what kind of life without Harry Potter? Empty life, huhuhu. :'(

As I promise to you, I will continue to write about Harry Potter after I watch the last Harry Potter movie: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. And you know what? I have already watch it! Horray! So, now it's my time to write about it! :D

It will be a little bit different. I won't write about the synopsis, but I'm gonna write my opinions about that movies. So, here we go! :D

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

I was so satisfied with this movie! Almost all parts in the book are realized in the movie. It makes me really happy, because some of the earlier movies are very far from what I expected. Same like when I read the book, I also feel thump when I watched the movie. The battles, the persons who died (Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moddy and Dobby for example), the jokes, really-really stunning! Oh My God, I can't imagine another movies that can make me feel so enthusiastic like that! :D

Have you watched the movie? Ah, poor you if you haven't watched it. :( Go to video rental near your house, and then watch it. You won't regret! :D

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

The movie's motto is "IT ALL ENDS". Yeah, it is the final movie of the epic Harry Potter. I'm really-really sad. I bet all of Harry Potter's fans feel the same like I felt. :(

I watched the movie last monday, 1st August 2011. Yeah, because of the problem in my lovely Indonesia, HP7P2 came late in Indonesia. It really makes me annoyed. But finally, the famous Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 can come to Indonesia. Welcome, Harry Potter! :D

I'm so excited to watch Harry Potter finale, but I must be honest that I feel a little bit disappointed. This movie is not as great as HP7 Part 1. Okay, the effects was wonderful (too bad I didn't watch the 3D movie; the effects would be AMAZING! :D), but there are some parts that quite different from what told in the book. Such as, about Severus Snape that died in a cottage, whereas in the book told that Snape died in Shrieking Shack. And there is no story about Ariana Dumbledore, whereas I've been waiting to know her stories. And the epilogue, Ginny Potter looks so old, contrast to Hermione Weasley that doesn't look old at all since 19 years ago. :(

Slightly disappointing, but it still a great movie. And don't forget, it's the last Harry Potter movie that you'll be watching in cinemas. Huhuhu, I'm really sad. :'(

My Daily Skin Care Routine

Alright, before I start to write this post, I just want to tell you that this is non-sponsored post. All products that I used were purchased by myself or given to me by my family or friends. I'm not being paid for this post and all opinions are my own. So, let's start! :D

All of you must be curious how can I have a beautiful skin. *evilsmirk* I would tell you the secret. I regularly do my face with my skin care products. For me my face is important, because the first thing that people see is my face. Sometimes my clothes, of course, but the face is more attracted than the clothes. Daily skin care are important. I do it too. And voila, you can see the result, hahaha. :D

These are the products that I use :

I use milk cleanser, face soap, acne lotion, evening cream, and day cream. Oh yeah, almost forgot, I also use peeling, but the picture are not included. :P I use it once a week only for peel off the dead skin. :D

The first and important thing to use is milk cleanser. It clean my face from dust and dirt intensively. How to use it? Just put some of it on your face and then smooth it with a cotton. Easy, right? :D

Milk cleanser isn't complete without face soap. It remove the remnants of milk cleanser. It makes your skin clean and bright. Sometimes if you don't have enough time to clean your face with milk cleanser, you can only clean up your face with face soap.

Every morning, after I clean my face with milk cleanser and face soap, I use day cream to complete my skin treatment. Day cream has dual functions. First, it moisturizes the skin. And second, it makes the skin chewy and subtle. :D

I also do the night treatment. I use the evening cream and completed with acne lotion. This is a special evening cream, because after use, you have to wait for two hours till it dry and then wash it with face soap. Wipe with a towel, and then completed with acne lotion. :D

And voila, beautiful and stunning face is yours :

Hehehehehe. :P

Okay. I think that's all. I hope it's useful for all of you. The most important thing is, don't forget to wash your face before sleep. Don't let any make up left on your face before sleep. Being a mom is NOT easy

Good morning everyone! I'm gonna talk about my experience several weeks ago. Okay, let's begin! :D

I've been experienced being a mom for weeks ago. And trust me, it's hard! Mom's tasks is not only have to prepare breakfast or clean the house, but also give education to the children too. Don't forget about obedience to the husband. So trust me, it's really-really hard.

And about my experience. Yes, I have to keep my house clean too, and prepare for my dad's breakfast when my mom wasn't at home. But it just some small things that I have to do, compared to what should be done by a mom.

Mom's love is the purest love ever. She won't let us hurt. She won't let us sad. She would do the best just to make us happy. Our happiness is her first priority. Big applause for our mom, although she doesn't want it. :)

Being a full-time mother is one of the highest salaried jobs in my field, since the payment is pure love.

Well, I start this holiday with a bad thing. I broke up with my boyfriend. A little bit sad, but it's okay. I think it's the best way that God give to me. We'd better be friends. Alright, at this time, I'm gonna talk about a book that I've been read. It's "The Mysterious Benedict Society and The Prisoner's Dilemma". It's not my own book, but I borrowed it from my best friend, Poe. Thanks Poe for lent me this great book! :D

Okay, back to the book. This book is the third book in The Mysterious Benedict Society series. In this third installment of the Mysterious Benedict Society series, Reynie, Sticky, Kate, Constance, and various loved ones find themselves holed up in Mr. Benedict's house, which is teeming with security. The evil Mr. Curtain is at large and hunting for the Whisperer—now in Mr. Benedict's possession—so he can try again to control minds from afar. When a shady businessman shows up with false records that say he's Constance's father, it compels Mr. Benedict to use the Whisperer to uncover her short past. Distraught and confused after all is revealed, Constance runs away, with the whole household after her—just the distraction Mr. Curtain and his men need to steal the Whisperer and set his evil plans in motion. Of course, the rest of the Mysterious Benedict Society soon find themselves on his trail.

After I read this book, the first thing that crossed my mind is, this book is not too attractive compared to the previous. It still contains Reynie's gank's adventures, but not as interesting as before. But I'm happy when Constance's past finally revealed. And of course Number Two's real name. Hahaha. :D

Oatmeal is great for the skin aside from being a cereal enjoyed by many people for breakfast. It contains a lot of complex carbohydrates and soluble fiber, as well as vitamins. Washing the face using oatmeal helps in soothing various skin irritations as well as lessening discomfort. You can use it in your regular beauty regime for nurturing skin or soothing skin irritation.

Oatmeal could possibly be used to produce a very effective and gentle natural facial scrub, facial mask and also soothing skin cleanser. Since oatmeal provides a wide range of skincare treatment, it assists to reduce dryness through restoring the natural balance of moisture on the skin. It also absorbs and gets rid of impurities and surface dirt while providing gentle exfoliation. This leaves the skin soft, clean and smooth without even using soap. Hello, friends! Konbanwa. :D

This time I'm gonna talk about SUSHI! Why sushi? Because I remembered the first time I eat sushi with my boyfriend, and it was fun! :D Because at that time it was our first time to eat sushi, we face so many difficulties. And it was a funny moment! :D

Although it was our first time to eat sushi, we knew several types of sushi that we ate. We ordered a package that contains any kinds of sushi. I like salmon sushi so much, because it feels like melted in the mouth. But i don't like squid sushi. It was too chewy and hard to swallow. :P

Back to sushi. Sushi is a food of Japanese origin consisting of cooked vinegared rice (shari) combined with other ingredients (neta). Neta and forms of sushi presentation vary, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is shari. The most common neta is seafood. And here, I wanna talk about any kinds of sushi. For you who don't know about types of sushi, you'd better check this out!

Makizushi
Makizushi, Norimaki, or Makimono is a cylindrical piece, formed with the help of a bamboo mat, called a makisu. Makizushi is generally wrapped in nori, but can occasionally be found wrapped in a thin omelette, soy paper, cucumber, or parsley. Makizushi is usually cut into six or eight pieces, which constitutes a single roll order.

Nigirizushi

Nigirizushi consists of an oblong mound of sushi rice that the chef presses into a small rectangular box between the palms of the hands, usually with a bit of wasabi, and a topping (the neta) draped over it. Neta are typically fish such as salmon, tuna or other seafood. Certain toppings are typically bound to the rice with a thin strip of nori, most commonly octopus (tako), freshwater eel (unagi), sea eel (anago), squid (ika), and sweet egg (tamago). When ordered separately, nigiri is generally served in pairs. A sushi set (a sampler dish) may contain only one piece of each topping.

Chirashizushi

Chirashizushi is a bowl of sushi rice topped with a variety of sashimi and garnishes (also refers to barazushi). Edomae chirashizushi (Edo-style scattered sushi) is an uncooked ingredient that is arranged artfully on top of the sushi rice in a bowl. Gomokuzushi (Kansai-style sushi) are cooked or uncooked ingredients mixed in the body of rice in a bowl. There is no set formula for the ingredients and they are either chef's choice or sometimes specified by the customer. It is commonly eaten because it is filling, fast and easy to make. Chirashizushi often varies regionally. It is eaten annually on Hinamatsuri in March.

Inarizushi

Inarizushi is a pouch of fried tofu filled with usually just sushi rice. It is named after the Shinto god Inari, who is believed to have a fondness for fried tofu. The pouch is normally fashioned as deep-fried tofu. Regional variations include pouches made of a thin omelette. It should not be confused with inari maki, which is a roll filled with flavored fried tofu. A very large version, sweeter than normal and often containing bits of carrot, is popular in Hawaii, where it is called "cone sushi".

Hakozushi (Oshizushi)

Oshizushi, also known as hako-zushi, is a pressed sushi from the Kansai Region, a favourite and specialty of Osaka. A block-shaped piece formed using a wooden mold, called an oshibako. The chef lines the bottom of the oshibako with the toppings, covers them with sushi rice, and then presses the lid of the mold down to create a compact, rectilinear block. The block is removed from the mold and then cut into bite-sized pieces. Particularly famous is battera or saba zushi.

Temakizushi

Temaki is a large cone-shaped piece of nori on the outside and the ingredients spilling out the wide end. A typical temaki is about ten centimeters (4 in) long, and is eaten with fingers because it is too awkward to pick it up with chopsticks. For optimal taste and texture,Temaki must be eaten quickly after being made because the nori cone soon absorbs moisture from the filling and loses its crispness and becomes somewhat difficult to bite.

Narezushi

Narezushi is a traditional form of fermented sushi. Skinned and gutted fish are stuffed with salt, placed in a wooden barrel, doused with salt again, then weighed down with a heavy tsukemonoishi (pickling stone). As days pass, water seeps out and is removed. After six months this funazushi can be eaten, remaining edible for another six months or more.

Gunkanzushi

Small cups made of sushi rice and dried seaweed filled with seafood, etc. There are countless varieties of gunkanzushi, some of the most common ones being sea urchin and various kinds of fish eggs.

Last night I met a cute baby boy. He is a grandson of my parent's friend. He is so cute, and he peed on me too, hehehe. I know it's disgusting, but I enjoy every time I picked him, joking with him, and hug him. I love his laugh. Even, I love his pee too, hehehe. Ugh, I really want to take him home, I miss him already. :(

Eyeliner

Bonjour!! I'm back with a new post that REALLY talks about BEAUTY!! And now, I'm gonna talk about EYELINER! Why I choose eyeliner? Why not lipstick, powder, foundation, blush on, or mascara?? Because, now eyeliner is a trend. Good bye eye shadow, welcome eyeliner! :D

On applying, eyeliner is easier than eye shadow. With only a simple way, your eyes will look brighter than before. How about eye shadow? Using eye shadow can make our eyes shining too, but it has a complicated way to use. Beside that, you look like you're trying hard to use make up than you use only eyeliner. It brings you natural look, trust me. :D

There are 3 types of eyeliner that I know. They are liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, and gel or creme eyeliner. I usually use liquid eyeliner for my daily make up. I prefer liquid than pencil because I think liquid eyeliner is easier on apply than pencil eyeliner. Some people says that pencil eyeliner is easier to use than liquid eyeliner, and it make your make up look more natural than using liquid eyeliner, but I don't think so, because pencil eyeliner always hurts my eyes. :P

Eyeliner has various colors. The natural ones are black, brown, grey, white, or peach (for under eyes, to make your eyes larger). But you can choose shocking colors like blue, green, or even red, depends on what your local drug store have. :P

Anne of The Island

Hola, I'm back! Please forgive me for being lazy to write. I'm so busy with my study. Old stories. Hehehe. Well, I'm not continuing my posts about Harry Potter because I don't know what Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will happen. So, I'll continue to write about it again after the movie released. So, be patient, people! :D

Okay. Several days ago I bought two books. That two books are continued from their last series. Those are Claudine di St. Clare and Anne of The Island. I have finished read that two books. (the pictures taken from Google)

In this post I'll only write about Anne of The Island, because I think this book is more interesting than the other. It tells about a girl named Anne (Yeah, the book title is Anne of The Island, of course the main character is Anne! :P ). Anne is a girl that have a lot of imagination.

In the first book, Anne of Green Gables (the story is about Anne's childhood), everything that she met always named by her. Like Hutan Berhantu for the forest, Buih-Buih Dryad for the small river, and so on. It because she is an orphan and has no friend before. After being adopted by Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, Anne's life was changing.

And the second book, it tells about Anne's job as a teacher. After graduating from school, Anne became a teacher. In this book Anne faced any kind of students: lazy student, coquettish student, naughty student, until a student that has a lot of imagination like Anne.

And the third, the one that I bought several days ago, tells about Anne's life as a college student. In here Anne not only had to study hard to get schollarship, but also bothered by the arrows of love, both from the one that have been dreamed or from the others that never been expected.

Anne, despite being transformed into a grown woman, still not lost her imagination. She still could see how a place or an object look more "alive" than it appears. And wherever she is, she always could bring joy to those around him.

5. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the fifth in the Harry Potter series written by J. K. Rowling, and was published on 21 June 2003 by Bloomsbury in the United Kingdom, Scholastic in the United States, and Raincoast in Canada. Five million copies were sold in the first 24 hours after release.

The novel features Harry Potter's struggles through his fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, including the surreptitious return of Harry's nemesis Lord Voldemort, O.W.L exams, and an obstructive Ministry of Magic.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix has won several awards, including being named an American Library Association Best Book for Young Adults in 2003. The book has also been made into a film, which was released in 2007, and into several video games by Electronic Arts. (quoted from Wikipedia)

6. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the sixth of seven novels in the Harry Potter series by British author J. K. Rowling. Set during Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts, the novel explores Lord Voldemort's past, and Harry's preparations for the final battle amidst emerging romantic relationships and the emotional confusions and conflict resolutions characteristic of mid-adolescence.

The book was published in the United Kingdom by Bloomsbury and in the United States by Scholastic on 16 July 2005, as well as in several other countries. It sold nine million copies in the first 24 hours after its release, a record at the time which was eventually broken by its sequel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
